Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with SQL code development and cleanup across product lines and BUs
  • Support data validation and QA in data and dashboard pipelines
  • Write high-quality SQL and Python scripts to clean, transform, and model data
  • Provide ad-hoc data extracts and reports for business analysis, reporting, and product decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with Big Data, Data Engineers, and product managers to implement data-driven initiatives
  • Support documentation and standardization of BI logic for ongoing compliance requests
  • Assist in building dashboard and data table knowledge bases for AI bot consumption

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
  • Proficient in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries (e.g., window functions, subqueries, aggregations)
  • Proficient in Python and familiar with Python development environments (pyenv, conda, numpy, pandas, etc.) and common data analysis libraries
  • Familiar with Linux
  • Familiarity with big data stack (Spark, Hadoop, Hive) and large-scale data processing
  • Proficient in AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) — must demonstrate real programming ability, not just vibe coding
  • Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and abstract complex business logic into data workflows
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn new technologies
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong interest in the crypto industry

Nice-to-have:

  • Active GitHub with open-source contributions or personal projects
  • Experience building AI agents (e.g., RAG, Agent workflows)
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, DataWind, Power BI
