About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Vice President, Enterprise Technology Transformation & AI Strategy to lead large-scale business transformation initiatives across enterprise functions including Human Resources, Finance, Legal, and Corporate Operations.
This executive leadership role will serve as the bridge between business and technology, driving modernization through digital transformation, automation, AI adoption, data strategy, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on execution and has successfully led enterprise technology initiatives within complex organizations.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Technology Strategy
- Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise technology transformation roadmap
- Align technology investments with organizational priorities and business objectives
- Partner with executive leadership to define digital modernization strategies
Digital Transformation
- Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across HR, Finance, Legal, and Corporate functions
- Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize business processes
- Drive scalable operating models that improve efficiency and organizational effectiveness
AI & Automation Leadership
- Champion adoption of Artificial Intelligence and intelligent automation solutions
- Evaluate and implement technologies that enhance productivity and decision-making
- Identify opportunities for workflow optimization through emerging technologies
Data & Analytics Strategy
- Establish enterprise data governance and analytics frameworks
- Build scalable reporting capabilities and executive dashboards
- Enable data-driven decision-making across business functions
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead complex initiatives involving technology, operations, and business stakeholders
- Build high-performing cross-functional teams
- Manage executive-level communication and stakeholder alignment
Change Management
- Drive organizational adoption of new technologies and processes
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Develop strategies that ensure successful implementation and long-term sustainability
Qualifications
Required Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in: Enterprise Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, Management Consulting, Product Management, and Technology Leadership
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
- Experience partnering with executive leadership and business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of: Artificial Intelligence, Intelligent Automation, Enterprise Data Strategy, Analytics Platforms, ERP Ecosystems, and Digital Operating Models
- Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into technology execution
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
- Experience working within Financial Services, Investment Management, Banking, Consulting, or similarly complex enterprise environments preferred
