JOB DESCRIPTION

MISSION

• Within the Tests competence center and under the responsibility of the QA manager, you will be involved in two main areas:

PERFORMANCE TESTS

• As part of the refactoring of the SIPAR application, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and executing the performance testing campaigns necessary for the validation of non-functional requirements before production launch and will be responsible for:
• Define the testing strategy based on business and technical requirements.
• Design and maintain load test scripts using Apache JMeter and the existing internal framework.
• Execute test campaigns (load, stress, endurance, ramp-up).
• Ensure the follow-up of performance indicators and the monitoring of the different technical layers.
• Analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Produce analysis and summary reports for the project and architecture teams.

SUPPORT AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

• You will also contribute to the development of performance testing practices within Clientwhere you will be required to:
• Audit existing processes, tools, and frameworks.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose appropriate solutions.
• Support teams in the adoption of best practices related to performance testing.
• Integrate and structure testing activities in the XQual test management tool.
• Study and manage the evolution of automation processes to GitLab CI.

SKILLS IN DEMAND

PERFORMANCE TESTING EXPERTISE

• Advanced proficiency with Apache JMeter.
• Definition of testing strategies based on non-functional requirements (NFRs).
• Design of complex and configurable test scenarios.
• Execution of load, stress, endurance and load ramp-up campaigns.
• In-depth analysis of application and infrastructure metrics.
• Identification of performance issues and formulation of technical recommendations.

SUPPORT AND TRANSMISSION

• Ability to unite and support teams on performance-related topics.
• Facilitation of workshops, trainings and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Implementation and dissemination of good practices in testing and industrialization.
• Excellent communication and technical outreach skills.

Industrialisation

• Documentation of test environments, frameworks and processes.
• Implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience migrating continuous integration chains (Jenkins to GitLab CI).
• Manage and scale distributed test environments.
