Job Description
- Provide consultation and contribute to strategy building and AI development orientation for the Board of Management
- Oversee, coordinate, and develop AI projects, products, or services in the bank
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development and implementation of strategies and orientations for AI projects
- Prepare detailed plans and manage the development and application of AI projects
- Supervise and support the development team in designing and deploying AI solutions, ensuring the highest quality and performance
- Collaborate with units within the AI Center (LLM, NLP, Computer Vision, Chatbot, R&D) and related units (Data Division, Software Development Centers, Testing, Business Analysis, and clients) to ensure seamless coordination and optimal resource utilization
- Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and apply them to practical projects
- Ensure the quality and performance of AI projects through regular testing and evaluations
- Directly participate in the development of key AI projects
- Contribute to talent recruitment, training, and team development
Job requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or other related fields.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML or technology project management, especially in the field of Computer Vision. Experience in team leadership or managing complex AI-related projects is a strong advantage.
Technical Expertise:
- In-depth understanding of AI/ML and Computer Vision technologies
- Familiarity with tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
- Proficiency in data management and governance
Management Skills:
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, and task management
- Decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict management capabilities
- Ability to inspire and motivate team members
Other Requirements:
- Knowledge of legal and ethical regulations related to AI
- Understanding of risk management and industry standards
