We’re looking for a responsible team player to join our disenyo team! You’ll need to be reliable, flexible and, of course, creative for the position of junior interior designer.
This is a full-time role for a passionate and professional person seeking to help out in our fun, exciting, and challenging projects for our clients.
Responsibilities
As part of the DE Design Team, you will be tasked with the responsibility for:
- Brainstorming design ideas and concepts with the team
- Developing space programming studies addressing the project requirements, with building code in mind
- Developing initial floor plans, ceiling plans, and modelling 3d spaces
- Rendering perspectives to translate and communicate the design concept
- Documenting interior design working drawings, including general plans, elevations, and details for permitting and construction
- Specifying proper materials and finishes to execute the creative vision
- Sourcing, shopping and procuring furniture, fixture, equipment and decor by visiting physical stores and supplier warehouse
- Managing assigned projects
- Coordinating day-to-day with clients
- Coordinating with suppliers and collating quotations
- Assisting in site visits and project styling
- Communicating project activities with internal team members
Qualifications
- Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design
- Based in Metro Manila
- Must have 1-4 years work experience
- Must know their way around 3D modelling, rendering and post-production
- Must have their own desktop/laptop and internet connection
