AI Researcher / AI Solutions Consultant
Position Summary
We are seeking a business-oriented AI Researcher who can bridge the gap between business needs and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate is not only technically proficient in modern AI technologies but is also capable of understanding business challenges, gathering requirements, and translating them into practical, scalable AI solutions.
This role requires someone who can engage with stakeholders, ask the right questions, identify opportunities for automation and optimization, and independently research emerging AI technologies to solve real business problems.
Key Responsibilities
Business Discovery & Requirements Gathering
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, pain points, and objectives.
- Facilitate discussions and ask probing questions to uncover underlying business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities where AI can create measurable value.
- Translate business requirements into clear AI solution proposals and implementation plans.
AI Solution Design & Consulting
- Recommend practical AI solutions aligned with business goals and operational needs.
- Design end-to-end AI workflows, automation solutions, and intelligent systems.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks, and technologies to determine suitability for business use cases.
- Present recommendations, prototypes, and solution concepts to stakeholders.
Research & Innovation
- Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, RAG architectures, and workflow automation platforms.
- Conduct independent research and proof-of-concept initiatives to validate new AI technologies.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and decision-making through AI.
Solution Development & Delivery
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement AI-powered solutions.
- Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts when necessary.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor adoption and effectiveness of deployed AI solutions and recommend enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in AI, software development, business analysis, solution consulting, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and AI-powered automation.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to independently research and evaluate emerging AI technologies.
- Experience working directly with business users, clients, or stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Azure AI, AWS AI Services, Google Vertex AI, or similar platforms.
- Experience with AI Agent frameworks, RAG implementations, vector databases, and workflow automation platforms.
- Exposure to enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, knowledge management platforms, or business intelligence tools.
- Experience leading discovery workshops, solution design sessions, or stakeholder consultations.
- Background in consulting, business analysis, solutions architecture, or digital transformation initiatives.
