About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee daily landscape maintenance operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. You will be responsible for supervising crew members, coordinating schedules, and managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in landscape management or horticulture are preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance or a related field.
• Proven leadership skills with experience supervising a team.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, trimming, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control.
• Ensure all work is completed according to company standards, safety protocols, and client specifications.
• Manage and train crew members, providing guidance and support to foster a productive team environment.
• Inspect work sites regularly to ensure quality control and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring proper use and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
• Assist in planning and executing landscape maintenance schedules and budgets.
• Implement safety procedures and conduct regular safety meetings with team members.
• Report on project status, labor, and material costs to management.
