Our client is a leading global fintech company serving customers across multiple international markets.
As the business continues to scale, we are seeking a Global VP of Marketing to lead the company's marketing strategy, brand development, and customer growth initiatives worldwide.
Reporting to the executive leadership team, this role will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, strengthening brand presence, and supporting the company's continued international expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global marketing strategies that support business growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion objectives.
- Lead brand positioning and integrated marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence and competitive differentiation.
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing programs across multiple regions and customer segments.
- Oversee performance marketing, digital marketing, partnerships, communications, content, and regional marketing activities.
- Collaborate closely with all different business units' leadership teams from global and local sites to support go-to-market strategies and product launches.
- Establish clear performance metrics and leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
- Manage agency partnerships, marketing budgets, and resource allocation to maximize business impact.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global marketing team while establishing scalable processes and operating standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including significant leadership responsibility within fintech, financial services, payments, technology, internet platforms, or other high-growth industries.
- Proven track record of driving customer growth, brand development, and measurable business outcomes through marketing initiatives.
- Experience managing regional or global marketing functions across multiple international markets.
- Strong expertise in brand marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, digital acquisition, and customer engagement.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing go-to-market strategies in competitive and fast-moving industries.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Experience within fintech, payments, digital financial services, trading, online platforms, or related sectors is highly preferred.
