2. About the Opportunity:

The Account Manager - Sales Ops is responsible for leading the execution of sponsorship, content, and creative campaigns across multiple media platforms such as digital, print, video, and social media. This role manages the full campaign lifecycle from pre-sales strategy to post-sales execution and acts as the primary liaison for clients and leadership, ensuring timely campaign delivery and alignment with client objectives.

3. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute sponsorship and creative content programs

• Lead cross-functional teams to implement marketing and advertising solutions

• Manage project timelines and ongoing campaign maintenance

• Coordinate and communicate with clients as the main point of contact

• Provide status reports in meetings and written communications

• Report on key account and campaign metrics

• Align stakeholders with client goals and expectations

• Identify strategies for program success, renewal, and growth

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success

• Manage budgets and prioritize resources based on project needs

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or related field

• 3-5 years of experience in digital or multimedia account management

• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams

• Analytical and strategic thinking with attention to detail

• Understanding of video, print, and digital media platforms

• Self-starter able to work independently

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The annualized base salary for this role ranges between $45,000 and $70,000

• Base compensation reflects factors such as location, education, skills, certifications, and experience

• Variable compensation may apply but is not reflected in these figures
