Title: Head of Sales and Business Development, Asia (Services)

About the role
Our client is a globally recognised market leader with a strong international footprint in the services sector, serving clients across the healthcare and medical ecosystem.
As part of its continued growth across the region, the organisation is seeking a Head of Sales and Business Development, Asia to lead commercial strategy, drive market expansion, and build strategic partnerships across key Asian markets.
This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for accelerating revenue growth, strengthening market presence, and shaping long-term business development initiatives across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the regional business development strategy in alignment with global growth objectives.
- Drive new business acquisition, client retention, and revenue growth across multiple markets and customer segments.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, market expansion opportunities, and new commercial initiatives.
- Build and maintain senior relationships across the healthcare ecosystem, including insurers, regulators, government agencies, corporates, healthcare providers, and professional institutions.
- Lead regional commercial planning, forecasting, and performance management to achieve growth targets.
- Provide leadership and direction to geographically dispersed teams across Asia, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Represent the organisation with key customers, industry bodies, strategic partners, and external stakeholders throughout the region.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in business development, commercial management, partnerships, or market expansion roles.
- Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and commercial success across multiple Asian markets.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate, and execute complex business opportunities.
- Experience leading multicultural and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior executives, regulators, and external partners.
- Commercially astute, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Candidates with experience within regulated professional sectors such as insurance, brokerage, financial services, professional membership organisations will be prioritized
