We are looking for a highly talented individual to fill the role of Strategic Partnerships Manager, Demand side. Has to be a people person – a relationship wizard with analytical skills. The ideal candidate will be in charge of our partners’ day-to-day growth & and will need to show technical skills, creativity in finding solutions & and people skills in obtaining all the internal information for the partners’ needs. Also, the candidate will be representing the activity in summits and client-facing meetings that will require native English levels & and presentation skills. Day-to-day work within a team, while collaborating with cross-teams as well. The Strategic Partnerships Manager should be a team player!

Responsibilitie

  • Manage and grow strategic relationships with leading SSP, DSP, and programmatic ecosystem partners
  • wn day-to-day partner success by driving revenue growth, monetization performance, and optimization initiatives across accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, commercial leads, technical teams, and decision-makers
  • Analyze performance trends and identify opportunities related to spend growth, traffic quality, fill rate, bid rate, CPM performance, and overall monetization efficiency
  • Proactively identify and execute growth opportunities through strategic optimization, upselling, cross-selling, and new product adoption
  • Serve as the main point of coordination between external partners and internal Product, Operations, Technical, and Business teams to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution
  • Investigate and troubleshoot operational and technical challenges, including discrepancies, delivery issues, trends, traffic quality concerns, and integration-related topics
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products, technical capabilities, market positioning, and industry trends
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with partners by delivering data-driven insights, strategic recommendations, and actionable growth plans

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Partner Management experience within the AdTech / Programmatic advertising industry - must!
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including SSPs, DSPs, publishers, exchanges, identity solutions, and supply path optimization dynamics
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret large-scale performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Experience analyzing monetization KPIs such as spend, CPM, fill rate, bid rate, discrepancies, traffic quality, and revenue performance
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills with the ability to engage both commercial and technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage strategic accounts and drive partner retention, growth, and long-term business relationships
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent project ownership and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively across multiple internal teams
  • High level of English proficiency – written and verbal
  • Experience with CRM systems, AI tools, reporting platforms, Excel, and other analytical/business tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field – advantage
