What We Seek

We are looking for a hands-on and analytically strong Senior Purchasing Specialist to join our Centralized Purchasing Function within the Financial Affairs department, reporting directly to the CFO.

What You'll Do

• Support the development and implementation of centralized purchasing practices across the organization

• Contribute to sourcing, cost optimization, and supplier management initiatives

• Execute end-to-end purchasing operations (local & international)

• Monitor inventory levels and support the balance between inventory cost, cash flow, and supply continuity

• Manage supplier relationships, payment terms, and commercial negotiations

• Coordinate import/export and customs-related processes

• Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, Logistics, and Product teams

• Support procurement reporting, KPI tracking, and process improvement activities

• Contribute to procurement-related budgeting and cost control initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 4–7 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain

• Experience in corporate purchasing operations

• Experience in contributing to centralized procurement structures is a plus

• Strong understanding of inventory management, cash flow considerations, and supplier performance

• Good knowledge of import/export and customs processes

• Experience in supplier negotiations and contract management

• Experience with ERP systems (Logo, SAP, Oracle, etc.)

• Fluent English is mandatory

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

• Ability to build effective relationships across departments
