Elevation is looking for a Junior Program Trainer & Operations Coordinator to take an active part in our fast-growing company. This unique role combines hands-on group instruction with end-to-end operational management. You will lead 3 PreTech Program groups, managing various operational aspects of these programs while maintaining a close relationship with the academy staff and guiding participants through their journey.
As a Junior Program Trainer & Operations Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth operation of the programs pre, during, and post-training. You will also take an active part in training the group!.
And finally, you will work closely with our prospects, marketing team, success team, and program managers to facilitate a successful integration of our participants into the high-tech industry. This job is temporary (approx. 4 months) with an option for extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and instruct 3 PreTech groups in Hebrew, in a hybrid format (Zoom and at least 8 in-person/frontal sessions), facilitating engaging group sessions and delivering diverse tech and soft-skills content.
- Manage end-to-end day-to-day operational aspects of the 3 ongoing programs, ensuring everything is running smoothly.
- Provide personal mentorship and support to program participants, tracking their professional progress and addressing their needs.
- Initiate out-of-the-box ideas to improve operational tasks and make them more efficient.
- Work closely with the marketing team to generate qualified leads, collect and analyze admissions data, and "push" prospective candidates along the funnel.
Requirements
- High instructional and training capabilities - Able to deliver diverse content clearly, methodically, and engagingly in a positive atmosphere.
- Technological background and familiarity with the high-tech industry, including practical knowledge of tools like Excel and data analysis.
- Tech-savvy with an orientation toward technology and the ability to work on a variety of platforms and software.
- Self-learner - High capacity for fast, independent learning and agility to work in a dynamic, changing environment.
- Team player - Able to effectively interact with colleagues, business partners, and participants with a can-do approach and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and insight-based presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Hebrew, both written and verbal - a must.
- Location & Travel: The role is Hybrid (Zoom & in-person), but requires a willingness to travel to conduct in-person training sessions in Jerusalem and Gedera, as well as coming into the office in Tel Aviv.
