We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Specialist who will focus on acquiring new IoT customers, developing new business opportunities and expanding our market presence across Turkey.
This role is ideal for a highly proactive sales professional who enjoys being in the field, building relationships, creating opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
What We Seek
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in selling IoT solutions, telemetry systems, sensor technologies, cold chain monitoring, vehicle tracking, fleet management, or industrial technology solutions is highly preferred
- Proven success in new customer acquisition, appointment setting and field sales activities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and disciplined reporting practices
- Ability to drive and travel extensively across Turkey
- Fluent English
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Self-motivated, solution oriented and target-driven
What You'll Do
- Identify, research, and engage potential customers across Turkey through regular field visits and business development activities
- Generate new sales opportunities within industries such as cold chain logistics, transportation, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and industrial facilities.
- Meet with decision-makers, conduct needs assessments, and develop tailored IoT solution proposals.
- Manage the sales cycle of Mobiliz IoT products and solutions, from lead generation to contract closure.
- Develop new dealers, channel partners, and business partnerships while actively managing the existing partner network.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly and monthly reports on customer visits, pipeline development, and sales performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the growth strategy of the IoT business line by continuously identifying new market opportunities.
