Job Description
Senior Lead Facility Engineer
In this role, you will be responsible for managing facility operations across the corporate office and manufacturing unit, with end-to-end ownership of MEP systems. You will drive maintenance excellence and lead greenfield and brownfield projects, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and reliability of all infrastructure and utilities.
Your Job
Manage end-to-end facility operations for both corporate office and manufacturing unitEnsure high availability and performance of MEP systems including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire systems, DG sets, and utilitiesPlan and execute greenfield and brownfield projects, including expansion, upgrades, and infrastructure setupDevelop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtimeMonitor and optimize energy usage, driving cost-saving and sustainability initiativesEnsure compliance with statutory regulations, EHS standards, and safety protocolsLead vendor management, including selection, negotiation, and performance monitoringPrepare and manage facility budgets, track expenses, and drive cost efficiencies and collaborate with internal stakeholders for infrastructure planning and improvementsDrive continuous improvement initiatives and adopt best practices in facility management
Our Requirements
10–15 years of experience in facility management, preferably in manufacturing setups with Electrical Engineering BackgroundStrong hands-on expertise in MEP systems and utilities management and Proven experience in handling greenfield and brownfield projectsGood understanding of electrical systems, HVAC, DG sets, and plant utilities and Knowledge of statutory compliance, EHS, and safety standardsExperience in team handling and vendor coordination with Strong problem-solving, planning, and execution skillsGood communication and stakeholder management abilities
