What We're Looking For

• Beginner-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking
• Familiarity with the dynamics of both traditional and digital media
• Solid knowledge of graphic design, typography, and illustration
• Attention to detail and good time management
• Closely follows design trends and adapts them to their work
• Responsible, fast, and comfortable in a dynamic environment

AI Skills (a strong plus)

• Hands-on experience with AI image and design tools
• Ability to write effective prompts to generate and refine visual concepts
• Curiosity to integrate AI into the creative workflow, from moodboards and ideation to production
• Awareness of how to combine AI-generated assets with hand-crafted design while keeping brand consistency
• Open to learning new AI tools quickly as the creative landscape evolves
