About the Role

You’ll lead onsite operations, support teams, ensure HSE and SQ compliance, and solve complex technical challenges. This role provides opportunities for professional development, continuous learning, and ability to deliver innovative solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize and operate company Coiled Tubing equipment to and from job sites following convoy and safety procedures.
• Participate in pre‑job risk analyses to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Promote company‑approved safety and operational policies at the wellsite, ensuring both Company and Customers Job objectives are achieved.
• Rig up and rig down Equipment per Company and Customer Standards.
• Prepare and mix chemicals according to Job procedures.
• Operate auxiliary equipment, troubleshoot and report defects to Field Supervisor.
• Build required skills as outlined in the Competency Task Sheet.
• Perform preventive maintenance and keep equipment clean and job‑ready.
• Inspect and repair treating connections as needed.
• Complete all required job logs, checklists and reports.
• Maintain a clean and organized base yard and Coiled Tubing equipment.
• Attend required HSE training and support Service Quality initiatives.
• Execute jobs according to Job program and Customers requirements, applying Management of Change (MOC) when required.
• Review and ensure Service Quality (SQ) compliance before and during job execution.
• Ensure all job execution is carried out safely, efficiently, and professionally.
• Mentor junior equipment operators, supporting their skill development in safe and efficient manner.
