We are currently seeking a Trainee to work in our Quality and Risk department.

Quality and Risk Management is a central team and is responsible for setting overall professional risk management and quality control policies and monitoring compliance, ethics, and independence. This responsibility includes the need to understand and adhere to policies and associated procedures in carrying out their day-to-day activities. This team has an important role in identification, evaluation, management and monitoring of the most significant risks that the Firm faces and could threaten the achievement of its strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/preferably in Business Administration or Economics,
• Full time involvement in workdays,
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills,
• Action and result oriented, attentive to deadlines, dynamic, self-disciplined, and self-motivated.

Job Description:

• Address daily risk management matters and report directly to the QRM Specialist,
• Handle day-to-day requests and respond to questions promptly,
• Actively participate in ongoing projects and initiatives, while identifying opportunities to improve existing systems,
• Support the execution of ISQM1 control and compliance testing activities,
• Assist in documenting testing procedures, evidence, and results in relevant systems,
• Perform walkthroughs and sample-based testing under supervision,
• Follow up with process owners for missing documentation and clarifications,
• Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of ethics and integrity,
• Assist the team in performing ISQM1 controls in a timely manner.
