Job Overview:

Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing, developing, and retaining key accounts to drive revenue growth while building long-term partnerships with major B2B clients. The role focuses on positioning telecommunications and advanced ICT/IoT solutions tailored to customer needs.

This position requires a strong understanding of industry dynamics, customer requirements, and enterprise solutions, along with excellent relationship management capabilities and a strategic approach to account development.

Job Location: Outside of Dhaka

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary contact to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute account-specific strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth through consultative selling.
  • Customer Engagement: Ensure high-quality service, regular client interactions, and promote digital tools to enhance customer experience.
  • ICT/IoT Penetration: Collaborate with internal teams to drive adoption of ICT, IoT, and new business solutions across the portfolio.
  • Strategic Retention: Strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and ensure GP’s presence in top-of-mind positioning.
  • Campaigns & Collaboration: Lead account-specific campaigns, joint promotions, and engagement activities to boost loyalty and brand visibility.

Education

Education:

Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university.
