We're Hiring: Business Intelligence Analyst – AI & Automation Focus
We are looking for a highly proactive Business Intelligence Analyst with strong expertise in SQL, AI, Automation, and Business Intelligence to support stakeholders across the U.S. and drive enterprise-scale analytics initiatives.
📍 Location: LATAM or Canada (Remote)
🕒 Schedule: U.S. Pacific Time
Key Requirements:
✔ 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Engineering
✔ 3-4+ years of hands-on experience with AI and Automation solutions (Mandatory)
✔ Advanced SQL and experience working with datasets of 100M+ records
✔ Strong Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Data Modeling background
✔ Experience developing AI Agents and Agentic AI solutions
✔ AI Agent Evaluation & Testing
✔ BI Copilots (Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or similar)
✔ Automated Insight Generation and AI-driven Root Cause Analysis
✔ Experience building scalable AI tools and automation solutions end-to-end
✔ Strong stakeholder management and end-to-end project ownership
✔ Advanced english C1+
What You'll Do:
• Lead BI projects from requirements gathering to business adoption
• Design scalable analytics solutions and optimize large-scale datasets
• Build AI-powered workflows, agents, and automation solutions
• Drive innovation through AI-assisted analytics and decision support
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and create business value
