Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Manager role located in Metro Manila. The Real Estate Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, lead a team of sales professionals, and develop strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. The role includes managing client relationships, providing training to sales teams, conducting market analysis, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

  • Experience in sales operations, business development, and achieving revenue goals
  • Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management
  • Analytical skills for market analysis and strategic planning

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in real estate sales or management roles is highly advantageous
