Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Manager role at DMCI Homes located in Makati, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and recruiting a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. You will also be involved in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management and performance of a diverse residential and leisure property portfolio.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Stay informed on market trends and implement innovative real estate advertising techniques.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of 7 Property Consultants.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate management or a similar leadership role.
  • Proficient in property management software and knowledgeable in real estate laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing and motivating teams.

Minimum 300k-1M Monthly Commission

50k-100k Monthly Incentives

Minimum 25,000 Monthly Allowance up to 60,000
