At Innovex, we are committed to delivering operational excellence and driving value through innovation. We are looking for a Cost Accountant to join our team and play a key role in supporting financial accuracy and business performance within our manufacturing operations.

We are seeking a HRIS & Compliance Analyst to join our HR Operations team, reporting to the HR Operations Director. This role is dedicated to supporting HR process and systems with a primary focus on ensuring data integrity, system accuracy, and compliance across the HR organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing ensuring high standards of data quality, system reliability, and adherence to internal policies as well as applicable federal, state, and local regulations. You will perform regular audits of HR data, identify and resolve discrepancies, and partner closely with HR and Payroll to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely data flow across systems.

This position also plays a key role in HR reporting and analytics, including the development and distribution of standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards. You will support system enhancements, updates, testing, and integrations, while contributing to the continuous improvement of HRIS processes, data governance, and operational efficiency. Strong attention to detail, analytical capability, and the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across all employee lifecycle events
  • Conduct routine audits and proactively resolve data discrepancies
  • Respond to internal and external audit requests
  • Support system configuration updates, testing, enhancements, and integrations
  • Develop and distribute HR reports and dashboards to support operational and compliance needs
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to ensure seamless system functionality and data alignment
  • Assist with system upgrades, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Document HRIS processes and support ongoing data governance initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and applicable regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of HRIS, HR systems, or HR data experience
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of HR data structures, reporting, and system processes
  • Experience supporting system testing, data validation, and audit processes
  • Advanced analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across HR, Payroll, and IT functions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred
