Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Manager - Salesforce to support a strategic initiative focused on the Salesforce ecosystem and Professional Services operations within AWS. This role will play a critical part in helping the organization rebuild business knowledge, document current-state processes, gather requirements, and shape future-state solutions across multiple Salesforce-based platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of product management, business process analysis, and Salesforce expertise, with the ability to work across business and technical teams to drive meaningful outcomes in a complex, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand current business processes, operational challenges, and future needs.
  • Gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
  • Analyze and document end-to-end workflows across sales, service delivery, operations, and billing functions.
  • Develop current-state and future-state process maps and recommendations.
  • Partner with business leaders, end users, developers, and system owners to identify opportunities for process optimization and system improvements.
  • Support strategic initiatives involving Salesforce and Professional Services Automation (PSA) platforms.
  • Bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
  • Help establish baseline operational knowledge and documentation in areas where historical expertise has been lost or fragmented.
  • Assist in evaluating long-term solutions and roadmap recommendations for Salesforce-related capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management or related roles.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and business processes.
  • Experience working directly with both business stakeholders and software development teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and drive initiatives independently.
  • Experience analyzing and improving business processes and operational workflows.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting or managing Salesforce implementations, enhancements, or enterprise-wide Salesforce environments.
  • Experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) platforms.
  • Experience with Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) or similar PSA solutions.
  • Knowledge of resource planning, project financial management, time and expense tracking, invoicing, and billing processes.
  • Previous experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Technical background with exposure to Salesforce architecture, integrations, or development concepts.
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with multiple stakeholder groups.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in highly ambiguous environments and demonstrates strong ownership. They will be comfortable conducting discovery, building relationships with stakeholders, synthesizing complex information, and helping define future business capabilities. Candidates with experience in Salesforce, Certinia/FinancialForce, Professional Services Operations, or enterprise CRM ecosystems will be particularly successful in this role.

This posting is for a contract assignment with Tundra Technical Solutions to provide services to Amazon.

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $60.75/hour - $68.85/hour.
