About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Product team in a brand-new permanent role, partnering closely with senior management to shape and execute product strategy across retail and commercial insurance lines.

In this role you will drive the product roadmap, identify innovation and change opportunities and support the design and delivery of new product solutions that create value for Adica customers.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Contributing to Product Strategy & Roadmap Evolution.
  • Conducting Market and Competitor Analysis to assess local and global offerings
  • Utilising data and market intelligence to support decision making.
  • Leading product development, design and implementation.
  • Managing product maintenance including updates and enhancements to policy wordings.
  • Promoting stakeholder engagement and collaboration to deliver ideal product solutions.

What You'll Bring

You're a collaborative and proactive insurance professional, who enjoys working creatively and getting outcomes delivered, whilst building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners and brands.

Essential:

  • Strong experience within the general insurance industry across domains such as product, portfolio management, underwriting, and customer experience.
  • Experience preparing product reviews, summary papers and presentations and proven experience in contributing to business cases for product development.
  • Solid understanding of relevant laws, regulatory obligations and compliance standards applicable to the insurance industry and financial product disclosures.
