About The Role

We’re looking for a Virtual HUB Handler to join our Virtual HUB Team in International Operations. You will be responsible for preparing and administering documentation in the different systems. You will cooperate and communicate with loading warehouses and liaises with transport companies while coordinating warehouse-related operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage operational data and documentation, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and processed on time.
  • Gather, validate, and maintain operational information from multiple sources to support daily logistics operations.
  • Ensure the smooth movement of cargo through the logistics network by coordinating transportation pickups, monitoring shipment flows, and maintaining communication with warehouses, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support other departments with operational information, documentation, and day-to-day logistics-related tasks.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, documentation standards, and data quality.

What You Bring

  • Readiness to work in shifts based on schedule: working days 8:00-17:00 / 14:00 - 22:00, weekends 10:00-20:00
  • Experience working with databases
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Good computer skills (including MS Word, MS Excel, apps)
  • A responsible and proactive approach to work
  • The ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • A results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.

Compensation & Growth

For this position, the gross monthly salary is EUR 2100.
