We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer for our facility based in Balıkesir.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related engineering disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer in manufacturing plants
- Very good command of English
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Knowledge of PLC programming
- Experience in installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of machinery
- Knowledge of TPM (predictive, preventive, autonomous, and breakdown maintenance)
- Pneumatic and hydraulic systems knowledge is an asset
- Holder of a Class B driving license; no restrictions for domestic and international travel
- Preferably knowledgeable in EPLAN; able to read and create electrical diagrams
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring and installation
Job Description
- Responsible for the proper implementation of all maintenance and installation processes of plant machinery
- Plan and execute weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance activities for all production machines
- Prepare and implement projects such as new machinery investments, energy-saving initiatives, and cost reduction projects
- Organize technical training sessions on electrical and mechanical topics
- Ensure rapid response to machine failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Manage the maintenance budget effectively and develop cost-efficient solutions
- Communicate with technical teams and machine suppliers regarding projects and technical issues
- Ensure coordination with external service and outsourcing companies
- Work in coordination with overseas plants and provide on-site support when required
- Take responsibility for preparing and controlling the maintenance budget
