QAT Global, a 25+ years IT consulting firm based in the US, is seeking highly-skilled QA Engineers/Software Development Eng Testers with the ability to communicate well in English. This position will work directly with the customer located in the US and with development teams in the US and Costa Rica for our Brazil Office.

Required Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience with Manual, and Performance or Load testing
- Must have a deep understanding of root cause analysis, problem solver, who can embrace issues with the determination to solve them quickly.
- Must understand Automation testing and be a good quality tester able to develop and write test plans with strong experience in Selenium, cypress, python, J-meter, and/or loadrunner.
- Must have the ability to develop from scripts using java
- Working experience with multi-tenant SaaS applications
- Strong experience with CI/CD (Team City, Jenkins, etc.)
- Agile methodology experience required including proven experience working on a scrum team
- Experience with AWS and understanding of containerization is strongly preferred.
- Experience with RDBMS (MySQL, SQL Server, etc.)
- Must be able to set up systems for testing, manage datasets, set up complex testing scenarios involving large data, concurrency, etc.
- Must have EXCELLENT English communication skills with the ability to multi task.
Preferred Experience
- BS/MS in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
