π Build the trust layer for AI agents in production
Iβm working with an early-stage, well-funded AI company building something genuinely interesting: infrastructure that helps enterprises safely run AI agents against real systems.
Think visibility, governance, approval flows, policy controls, auditability, identity, permissions, isolation and guardrails... basically the layer that allows companies to use AI agents properly, without creating a security or operational mess.
Theyβre looking for a Senior Engineer who wants to be one of the key technical people in the business. Someone hands-on, product-minded and comfortable working across backend architecture, infrastructure, product decisions, customer needs and operational reliability.
You'll Be:
- Helping design and build the core platform from the ground up.
- Working on AI-centric functionality, including agent-based capabilities
- Turning complex problems around AI, access, security and infrastructure into clean product experiences.
- Contributing to backend architecture, technical design and engineering standards
- Working closely with the founders on product direction and technical trade-offs
- Helping make the platform enterprise-ready, scalable and production-grade
- Getting involved with customers when technical or architectural context is needed.
You'l Bring:
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong backend engineering ability
- Experience building and operating production-grade software
- Good product sense and the ability to think beyond purely technical implementation
- Confidence working in a small, fast-moving startup environment
- Ownership, pragmatism and the ability to work through ambiguity.
- Some experience with customers, users or external stakeholders
- A genuine interest in AI-native products, agent-based systems and modern engineering workflows.
Bonus points:
- Experience with Go, or the ability to pick it up quickly.
- Kubernetes and Docker experience
- Cloud infrastructure, databases, APIs or developer tooling
- Security awareness around access, permissions, auditability or infrastraucture
- Experience with AI agents, automation, LLM workflows or tool-use systems
- A strong technical academic background, especially from a TU university.
Some of the Perks & Benefits:
- A critical early hire with real influence
- Work directly with the founding team
- Shape product, architecture and engineering direction
- Build in one of the most relevant areas of modern software
- Join a small, senior team with strong investor backing
- The chance to become a cornerstone engineer in an AI-native company
This one is for someone who wants ownership, impact and the chance to help build serious infrastructure for the next generation of enterprise AI.
