Service Field Technician

Service Technician – Northern Greece

Epiroc is seeking a proactive and service-oriented Service Technician to join our team in Greece. This role is based in the North of Greece and involves frequent travel to customer sites across the region, primarily to the Skouries and Olympiada mining facilities.

About The Role

As a Service Technician, you will represent Epiroc at customer sites, delivering high-quality service, technical expertise, and professional support. You will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships and ensuring reliable equipment performance.

Due to the nature of the role, extensive travel to customer locations is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on Epiroc equipment
• Support customers with technical advice while acting as a link to internal teams
• Promote service solutions and identify customer needs and opportunities
• Maintain accurate and timely service documentation and reports
• Contribute to service planning and internal coordination
• Follow all safety, quality (SHEQ), and company procedures
• Use company assets responsibly and keep systems updated with service activities

What You Bring

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a technical field
• Solid understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Hands-on experience with machinery or heavy equipment
• Good command of English, including technical documentation and communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education

• Technical High School diploma or Polytechnic degree
• Specialization in Automotive, Mechanical, or Hydraulic Equipment fields is preferred
