To drive this shift, we are looking for a visionary, dynamic, and hands-on Senior Engineering Manager. This is not a traditional "maintenance" role; we are looking for "new blood"—a leader who will challenge the status quo, inject fresh energy into our tech culture, and spearhead the integration of cutting-edge AI workflows across our development pipelines.

The Role: What You'll Do ?

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will take ownership of a talented engineering squad.

Your core mission will be to accelerate AI adoption, optimize internal processes, and boost engineering velocity.

💡 Inject Fresh Energy & Leadership

• Take full ownership of an engineering squad, bringing a highly dynamic, proactive, and modern approach to team management.
• Foster a self-reliant team culture, reducing dependencies on upper management for day-to-day execution.
• Act as a stabilizing yet forward-looking leader during our organizational transition.

🤖 Drive AI Transformation & Innovation

• Integrate modern AI workflows and AI-assisted development tools (e.g., coding assistants, automated testing with LLMs) securely into daily engineering pipelines.
• Explore, test, and implement advanced AI paradigms (including LLMs and agentic systems) to solve complex mobility challenges and optimize internal processes.
• Act as a catalyst for tech innovation, reducing time-to-market for new Free2move product features.

📈 Change Management & Team Upskilling

• Guide your engineers through this technological shift, providing the coaching, mentoring, and change management needed to build an autonomous, AI-first mindset.
• Maintain high delivery standards, code quality, and system reliability while transforming how the team operates.

Your Profile: What We Are Looking For ?

• Experienced Tech Leader: You have a proven track record as an Engineering Manager or Lead, ideally in fast-paced, product-led environments.
• AI Workflow Advocate: You possess a deep, practical understanding of modern AI tools (GitHub Copilot/Cursor, LLM integrations, agentic workflows) and know how to leverage them to boost developer velocity safely and securely.
• Cultural Catalyst: You are known for your energy, proactivity, and ability to challenge existing processes constructively to level up engineering cultures.
• Change Agent: You excel at mentorship and change management, with the empathy and clarity required to guide teams through organizational and technological shifts.

• Annual gross salary package depending of your experience: +/- 85K-100K€ depending on profil
• Company Bonus : 10%
• Mobility Allowance : 100€/month
