We are seeking experienced business and marketing professionals to work as project consultants in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.

Project Summary
This project focuses on improving AI systems' understanding of business strategy, competitive analysis, market research, customer engagement, sales, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, business operations, and marketing execution.
Contributors will evaluate and create high-quality content related to how organizations assess markets, develop growth strategies, launch products, acquire and retain customers, position against competitors, optimize business performance, and execute marketing initiatives.
The work requires strong business judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to assess whether AI-generated outputs reflect realistic business practices, sound reasoning, and effective decision-making.
Consultant Engagement Terms
This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time. Consultants control their own schedule, provide their own tools, and may simultaneously provide services to other vendors/employers (subject to those vendors’ allowances).
Responsibilities
Contributors will:
- Evaluate AI-generated responses related to business strategy, marketing, sales, and market analysis
- Review content involving competitive positioning, customer acquisition, market research, and GTM planning
- Assess the quality of business recommendations, strategic frameworks, and marketing approaches
- Identify flawed assumptions, reasoning errors, unsupported conclusions, or unrealistic recommendations
- Compare multiple AI-generated responses and determine which best reflects effective business and marketing practices
- Provide written explanations and expert feedback supporting evaluations
- Apply professional business judgment to real-world commercial scenarios
- Follow project guidelines to ensure consistency, quality, and reliability

QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, business strategy, consulting, sales, market research, business operations, product marketing, growth, or related functions
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, competitive dynamics, and business decision-making
- Ability to evaluate strategic recommendations critically and objectively
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to explain business reasoning clearly and concisely
Preferred
- MBA or advanced degree in business, marketing, economics, or related discipline
- Experience in consulting, strategy, product marketing, growth marketing, sales leadership, market intelligence, or business operations
- Experience developing GTM strategies, market assessments, or growth initiatives
- Prior experience with AI evaluation, content review, annotation, peer review, or expert assessment projects
