Are you a recent graduate or had a first positive work experience in a marketing services environment and looking for a role where you can learn fast, take ownership, work with clients in an international environment, and make a real impact from day one?

At Harte Hanks, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Program Coordinator to join our Belgian team in Hasselt.

This hybrid role combines client communication, project coordination and related admin (quotations, invoicing), vendor communications, operational coordination and process improvement within a dynamic B2B direct marketing environment focused on print, fulfillment and logistics services.

You'll work closely with experienced colleagues who will support, coach and train you while giving you the opportunity to grow into a trusted client and operations professional.

No two days are the same. One day you might be coordinating a client project, the next day you could be visiting our warehouse partners, analysing operational performance, or identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.

We're looking for someone with common sense, energy, curiosity and a can-do attitude. Someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating proactively with your peers and clients, and finding practical solutions to business challenges. A first experience in a similar role is plus but less important than attitude, drive and potential.

Who are you:

• Recent Professional Bachelor or Master's graduate
• Looking for a first professional role with growth opportunities
• Fluent in English and Dutch (verbal and in writing)
• French is a plus
• Naturally proactive, eager to take ownership, and driven to deliver results without waiting to be asked
• Strong pro-active communicator who enjoys working with both colleagues and clients
• Analytical mindset with an eye for detail
• Curious and solution-oriented
• Comfortable challenging existing processes and proposing improvements
• Able to combine structured thinking with practical execution
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed and take the extra mile to make it happen
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications
