Morgan Philips has partnered with a leading global consumer brand in Malaysia for a confidential search — Performance Marketing Manager (Google Ads & Meta | Paid Search & Social | eCommerce)
Location: Malaysia
Type: Full-time | Permanent
About the Role
We are seeking a performance-driven marketing professional to lead paid digital channels for one of the world's most recognised consumer brands. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of paid search, paid social, and eCommerce performance — with Google Ads as the primary channel of focus.
If you live and breathe ROAS, know your way around a Search campaign at scale, and can translate analytics into actionable growth strategy, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning end-to-end Google Ads strategy and execution — Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube
- Managing Meta paid social campaigns with a strong performance lens
- Driving eCommerce revenue growth through continuous optimisation of paid channels
- Leading ROAS and CPA targets across campaigns, with rigorous A/B testing and bid strategy management
- Working closely with analytics and data teams to extract insights from GA4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution tools
- Collaborating with creative, CRM, and brand teams to align paid media with broader commercial objectives
- Reporting on performance to senior stakeholders with clear, data-backed recommendations
What We're Looking For
- 4–7 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with demonstrable depth in Google Ads (this is non-negotiable)
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid social best practices
- Proven eCommerce background — you understand the full funnel from click to conversion
- Analytical fluency: comfortable with GA4, Google Looker Studio, and attribution modelling
- A ROAS-obsessed mindset with the commercial acumen to back it up
- Agency or in-house experience managing significant monthly ad spend
- Experience in the consumer goods, FMCG, beauty, or retail sector is a plus
Why This Role
You'll be joining a globally established brand with serious digital ambitions in the Southeast Asian market, backed by the resources and scale to do meaningful work.
