Position: Talent Operations Manager

Type: Full-time

Compensation: $70K - $110K/yr

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

  • Run large-cohort onboarding at scale, ensuring a fast and organized process.
  • Activate and manage distributed talent pools that support AI training and data operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients to foster trust.
  • Anticipate potential blockers and resolve issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Drive successful customer outcomes across ongoing AI deployments by monitoring performance.
  • Publish weekly performance and milestone reports that provide clear insights.

Requirements

  • Have proven experience operating in remote and distributed environments.
  • Possess elite written communication skills that are clear and structured.
  • Demonstrate a deep ownership mindset, taking full responsibility for their work.
  • Be comfortable leading large teams of over 100 contributors.
  • Be data-fluent, with experience in dashboards, KPIs, and performance diagnostics.
