Internship Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Export Intern to support our export sales and customer relationship activities. This internship offers practical exposure to international business operations and the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in managing existing customer accounts.
• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential customers through emails and other communication channels.
• Help develop markets for new semiconductor devices.
• Respond to customer queries related to products and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed B.Sc. in Electronics or Physics.
• Good written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in exports, sales, and the electronics industry.

Pre-Placement Offer (PPO): Interns demonstrating strong performance during the internship may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a full-time role with CDIL, subject to business requirements and organizational needs.
