We’re the team helping Arnott’s win in Asia. Campbell Malaysia is the Asia hub for The Arnott’s Group, based in Kuala Lumpur, shaping strategy and building our footprint across the region. We’re behind brands found in real kitchens and real snack drawers, from Campbell’s and Prego to Kimball & Cheong Chan, plus Swanson, GoodTime, and Nyam Nyam. We’re also part of the Arnott’s family that includes icons like Tim Tam, Shapes, and Farm Bake Cookies.

This role will be based in Bangsar

What you’ll be doing

  • Support ERP transformation projects through meeting coordination, documentation, action tracking, and project administration.
  • Assist in improving IT operations by documenting processes, updating SOPs, and maintaining IT records and inventories.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, presentations, and trackers using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Support data collection, validation, and cleansing activities for ERP and IT improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with project communications, training coordination, user engagement, and change management activities.

Requirement:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and SharePoint.
  • Basic Excel capability such as simple formulas and data comparison. Exposure to pivot tables, Power BI, Power Automate or ticketing tools is an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Able and willing to learn project tools, templates, trackers and documentation standards used by the IT team.
  • Organised, detail-oriented and reliable in taking notes, tracking actions, following up and maintaining documents.
  • Curious, proactive and willing to learn, while understanding the importance of confidentiality, accuracy and escalation.
