’We are seeking a Communications Specialist to reinforce our Brand and Corporate Communication Team’’.
What we are looking for?
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate communications (preferably in a global organization),
- Fluent in English with advanced written and verbal communication skills,
- Ability to translate business strategies into clear and consistent communication messages,
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop innovative communication solutions,
- Experience in executive and CEO communications,
- Experience in crisis communication processes,
- Proven experience in content creation (press releases, speeches, thought leadership, internal communications),
- Ability to manage corporate social responsibility communication projects aligned with Kordsa’s sustainability and values agenda,
- Experience working with agencies and external partners,
- Familiarity with digital communication strategies and social media platforms; experience in content calendar management and media monitoring processes,
- Competence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration,
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
What you will be doing?
- Define and implement communication strategies for the Kordsa brand in alignment with business objectives,
- Contribute to the development and execution of the brand strategy to enhance market visibility,
- Collaborate with business units to plan and execute brand communication initiatives,
- Coordinate and support CEO and executive communications,
- Support investor relations communications in collaboration with relevant teams,
- Take an active role in crisis and issue communication processes,
- Manage social media communications to increase audience engagement,
- Execute corporate social responsibility projects and develop partnerships aligned with company values.
