About the Company - We are seeking an experienced Business Unit Head to lead overall business strategy, operations, and growth initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving business performance, managing cross-functional teams, and partnering with global customers to deliver competitive solutions and long-term business success..
Responsibilities -
- Lead overall business strategy and operations for ODM/OEM business units, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term business development.
- Own full P&L responsibility, including business planning, customer strategy, resource allocation, and operational performance management.
- Develop and expand strategic global customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities across consumer electronics and emerging technology markets.
- Lead cross-functional organizations including Sales, Program Management, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure successful business execution.
- Define business roadmap, product direction, and partnership strategies to strengthen market competitiveness and customer engagement. * Build and develop high-performing teams, driving organizational growth, business transformation, and sustainable operational excellence.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- 15+ years of experience in ODM/OEM business management, sales leadership, or general management roles within the electronics industry.
- Proven track record leading a business unit or large-scale organization with ownership of revenue growth, customer development, and business strategy.
- Strong experience in keyboard, gaming console, consumer electronics, smart devices, or related hardware product businesses is highly preferred
- Established global customer relationships and proven ability to develop new accounts rather than only manage existing programs.
- Entrepreneurial leadership mindset with strong business acumen, decision-making capability, and experience leading teams in a highly competitive global environment.
