💰 Pay Rate: AUD 7.50 per hour

📄 Work Expectation: Minimum of 2 reports completed per 7.6-hour shift

Are you a detail-oriented and compassionate professional passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families? Jardin Spectrum Assist provides evidence-based, person-centred diagnostic assessments and support for children, teens, and adults on the autism and neurodivergent spectrum.

We’re looking for a Report Writer to join our friendly and supportive remote team.

✍️ About the Role

You will work closely with our clinical team to write high-quality diagnostic reports synthesising clinical interviews, assessment results, and input from allied health professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive, strengths-based, and person-centred diagnostic reports based on clinical interviews, assessments, and clinical team information
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and documentation
  • Collaborate with clinicians to clarify information and gain additional context when needed

🎯 About You

  • Clinical background is preferred
  • Strong written communication skills with a compassionate and professional tone
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Understanding of neurodiversity and person-centred language
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and receive feedback positively
  • Experience with NDIS, disability, or mental health is a plus
