Role Overview

The Manager – Admissions & Financial Aid will play a critical role in driving application growth, managing candidate engagement, and supporting the achievement of class quality and enrollment targets across ISB’s residential programmes (PGP & PGP YL). The role involves end-to-end management of admissions operations, applicant counseling, financial aid support, stakeholder engagement, and execution of outreach initiatives aligned with institutional goals.

The incumbent will work closely with internal teams including Marketing & Communications, Faculty, Alumni, and Student Ambassadors to ensure a seamless and high-quality applicant experience while contributing toward the overall admissions strategy and class composition objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Application Management

  • Manage the end-to-end admissions process from inquiry generation to enrolment.
  • Drive application numbers, interview conversions, and enrolment targets for assigned programmes.
  • Monitor applicant pipelines and ensure timely follow-up and engagement with prospective candidates.
  • Support application evaluation, interview coordination, and admissions operations.
  • Ensure adherence to admissions timelines, policies, and quality benchmarks.

Candidate Engagement & Counseling

  • Counsel prospective applicants regarding programme fit, admissions requirements, career outcomes, and financing options.
  • Conduct information sessions, webinars, coffee chats, campus visits, and outreach events.
  • Build strong relationships with applicants to enhance conversion and yield.
  • Deliver a superior candidate experience throughout the admissions journey.
  • Update CRM

Outreach & Enrollment Initiatives

  • Execute outreach and recruitment activities across key markets.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Communications teams for lead generation campaigns and admissions events.
  • Engage with alumni, current students, coaching institutes, and external partners to strengthen outreach efforts.
  • Represent ISB at admissions fairs, partner events, and industry forums.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Track admissions metrics including leads, applications, admits, deposits, and enrollment conversion ratios.
  • Prepare regular dashboards, reports, and insights for management review.
  • Analyze applicant trends and market intelligence to support admissions strategy.

Stakeholder & Team Coordination

  • Support manpower planning and execution during peak admissions cycles.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
