SaaS Management & Automation Specialist

Must-Have Skills:

· 2+ years experience managing SaaS platforms or complex tech products.

· 4+ years experience managing enterprise contracts, including cost centers, license utilization, terms and conditions, and procurement processes (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Legal, or Finance background).

· Familiarity with API integration and workflow automation.

Strong analytical and data management skills, including reporting and deep-dive analysis.

· Ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies and quality issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with IT, Finance, Procurement, and leadership teams.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment with multiple concurrent system changes.
