Social Worker (LCSW / LMFT) – Outpatient Behavioral Health
Location: Monterey, CA
Duration: 13 Weeks Contract
Shift Timings: Day 5x8-Hour (08:30 AM – 05:00 PM, Monday–Friday)
Pay: $3100/week
Job Description:
- Provide individual, family and group therapy services to children, adolescents and their families in an outpatient behavioral health setting.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans and implement therapeutic interventions to support emotional and behavioral well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, community resources and family members to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC while adhering to organizational policies, regulatory standards and patient confidentiality requirements.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents and families
- Active California LCSW or LMFT License
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Experience in outpatient behavioral health or social work settings preferred
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR preferred
Additional Information:
- 40 guaranteed hours per week
