Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time(good for students) on-site role for a Technical Customer Support Representative based in Be'er Sheva. The role involves assisting customers with technical issues and troubleshooting, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering effective resolutions. The representative will provide responsive and empathetic support, handle inquiries via multiple communication channels, and work with internal teams to resolve technical challenges promptly.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Support and a commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Expertise in Technical Support and troubleshooting problems efficiently
  • Exceptional Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Prior experience in telecommunications or technical customer service is a plus
  • Fluency in Hebrew is required; proficiency in English is highly advantageous
