Description

Sales And Marketing

  • Set up clear organization of sales forces across regions (establish a clear geographical and business segregation of duties)
  • Ensure team guidance and motivation (Sales management meetings,…)
  • Decide on tactical issues - adapt country sales and marketing plan to both corporate requirements and local specificities of the market (direct sales, distribution, etc)
  • Keep updated on current market trends based on the feed-back of sales team, marketing department, external benchmark (market studies, network)
  • Propose to APAC Managing Director 3 years plan in line with Corporate strategy
  • Keep a personal involvement in Key Accounts management
  • Overview global efficiency of sales and marketing processes
  • Follow-up profitability and day-to-day completion of strategic projects
  • Approve customer quotations and orders in respect with “Authority of approval” process.
  • Manage and approve monthly sales report

Finance And Administration

  • Propose and negotiate with hierarchy subsidiary budget
  • Complete monthly monitoring & variance analysis of actual figures against budget
  • Monitor working capital of the subsidiary
  • Approve purchase and expense orders (suppliers, service providers, etc)
  • Approve and sign tax and statutory declarations

Human Resources

  • Recruit direct reports and lay off staff when needed.
  • Analyze results of performance appraisal (annual performance interview) campaign in order to detect human development needs
  • Make salary increase proposals and apply variable pay scheme

General Management And Organization

  • Supply chain management: oversee purchasing, stock and logistics management
  • Implementation IT corporate tools and applications
  • Represent subsidiary at official Industry events, Subsidiary or Group meetings, Statutory Legal. & Financial issues
  • Manage interaction with Factory (Marketing, Quality, etc.)
  • Interface between Sales & Product managers / Factory
  • Will be board director of commercial legal entities and several JV entities: in that capacity will play an active Board of Director role and keep strong relationship with JV partners
