10+ years of supply chain and logistics management experience in manufacturing industry, packaging industry experience and multinational enterprise working background is highly preferred;
Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain financial logic;
Good command of Power BI, Excel and other reporting & analytics tools, Strong data analysis and trend judgment capability;
Hands-on experience in digital transformation for warehouse, transportation and field operations.
Capable of developing digital solutions for clients and streamlining daily workflows.
Excellent Strategic thinking and project management capability;
Proactive, accountable, result-oriented and hands-on working style, able to take responsibility for national logistics operational results;
