- :As a process analyst at SITO, you will play a key role in Client's digital transformation. Clienth as set out strong improvements in efficiency and quality. In addition, we must support the energy transition, the increase in renewable energy and the nuclear phase-out. To achieve Client's objectives, we need to make our activities and support our people more digital. In addition, where necessary, we also need to harmonise our processes between Client and our German sister company 50Hz
- .The process analyst is responsible for mapping the current business processes (BPMN 2.0) and proposing improvements to the processes in collaboration with all stakeholders. The process analyst works very closely within a team of business analysts, where the process analyst focuses on documenting the processes. The business analyst then continues to work on the specifications to be able to apply the improved process (whether or not supported by IT tools/systems). We have chosen a specific role as a process analyst to be able to keep the necessary focus on analyzing, but of course there is a smooth cooperation in the team to ensure that these tasks fit together smoothly
- .We are looking for a process analyst to analyze and model our processes in Sparx Enterprise Architect. For this we use the BPMN2.0 methodology and this must be coordinated with others, for this you as a process analyst also actively contribute to further develop our methodology and to coach and support the other business analysts in this
.Specifically, the tasks include
- :Modeling the business processes and guiding the business in redesigning their processes
- .Challenging the business with regard to their needs and the to-be processes
- .Coordinating and validating the as-is & to-be processes, so that they are also supported by the business
- .Harmonising business processes across Client's various departments and between Clientand our German sister company 50H
- zHelping to develop our methodology for modeling our processes
- .Supporting the business in the use of the new processes during the post-implementation
- .Playing an active role in the change, including drafting training materials and providing training (to the end users) according to the existing change management methodology and supported by the change management toolkit
.Additional requirements
- :Master's degree in technical or economic direction or equivalent through experience
- .At least 5 years of relevant experience as a process analyst in identifying needs and setting up business processes as-is & to-be
- .Good knowledge of English is required (reading, writing). A very good knowledge of Dutch or French is required (speaking, reading and writing), a good knowledge 2e national language is also required (speaking, reading and writing)
- .Strong analytical skills and you are sufficiently critical. You dare to challenge
- .Good communication skills, both spoken and written
- .Working independently and in a team. You are able to work out a consensus and convince the various stakeholders
- .A sufficient dose of customer focus and flexibility
- .Good knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML
- .Experience using the EA (Enterprise Architect), Jira & DevOps tools is a plus
- .Experience within the electricity sector offers added value
