About the Role:
We are seeking General Practitioners (GPs) (Freelancers) to help improve how AI models understand, analyze, and reason about primary healthcare, patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, preventive care, and evidence-based clinical decision-making across a wide range of medical conditions.
In this role, you will leverage your clinical expertise to create realistic patient scenarios, evaluate AI-generated medical responses, develop expert reference answers, and provide structured feedback that helps improve the accuracy, clinical reasoning, and decision-making capabilities of advanced AI systems.
What You'll Do
- Design realistic primary care and general practice scenarios based on real-world clinical encounters
- Develop expert-level reference responses aligned with current clinical guidelines and standards of care
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for diagnostic accuracy, treatment appropriateness, patient safety, and clinical reasoning
- Grade AI outputs using structured evaluation frameworks and rubrics
- Provide detailed written feedback to help improve model performance
- Participate in onboarding sessions, calibration exercises, and specialty-specific review activities
- Collaborate with AI researchers and healthcare experts to enhance model capabilities
Researchers & Fellows
- Currently pursuing or have completed medical training in General Practice, Family Medicine, Primary Care, or related disciplines
- Strong foundation in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and preventive healthcare
- Ability to apply evidence-based medical knowledge across a broad range of clinical presentations
Preferred Qualifications
- MBBS, MD, DNB, MRCGP, Residency, Fellowship, or equivalent medical qualifications
- Experience working in general practice clinics, primary care centers, hospitals, urgent care facilities, or community healthcare settings
- Strong understanding of common acute and chronic medical conditions, preventive medicine, and patient-centered care
- Ability to critically evaluate medical literature, clinical guidelines, and healthcare recommendations
- Excellent written communication and analytical skills
- Prior experience reviewing medical content, clinical documentation, healthcare guidelines, or research publications is a plus
