We are looking for an R&D Manager to join our team in Ankara, Türkiye.
Your Role:
Lead the end-to-end execution of innovative projects that shape the company's technological direction
Strengthen the company's existing R&D capabilities to build a sustainable, competitive technological advantage
Contribute to the development of next-generation technologies in metering and measurement, communication infrastructures, meter data management software, low-power embedded hardware design, and projects compliant with defense industry standards
Lead and technically manage the hardware and software teams
Play an active role in the research, analysis, and productization of new technologies
Manage TÜBİTAK, Teknopark, and R&D incentive processes
Develop university and industry collaborations
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering; Master's degree is a plus
Minimum 15 years of experience (at least 3 years in a management role)
Advanced English proficiency
Competence in both software and hardware
Strong command of NB-IoT technology and smart city solutions
Experience in project and budget management
Experience managing TÜBİTAK, KOSGEB, and R&D incentive/grant processes
Strong command of energy management and measurement systems
