Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Campus Recruitment Manager to drive our campus hiring strategy and execution. The incumbent will be responsible for building strong partnerships with educational institutions, developing a robust early talent pipeline, and managing end-to-end campus recruitment activities to support the organization's growth objectives.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of campus hiring practices, employer branding initiatives, and stakeholder management, with the ability to manage high-volume recruitment programs across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Campus Hiring Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement the annual campus recruitment strategy aligned with organizational workforce plans.
- Identify and map target institutions based on business requirements and talent availability.
- Design scalable campus recruitment programs to attract high-quality graduates and early-career professionals.
- Forecast hiring volumes and create campus engagement calendars in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Campus Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with placement cells, faculty members, training and placement officers, and institutional leadership teams.
- Represent the organization at campus events, career fairs, seminars, and networking forums.
- Build strategic partnerships with premier institutions to strengthen the employer brand.
End-to-End Campus Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Campus identification and outreach
- Job postings and candidate attraction initiatives
- Pre-placement talks and employer branding activities
- Assessment coordination and interview management
- Candidate communication and engagement
- Offer management and documentation
- Joining formalities and onboarding coordination
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand current and future talent requirements.
- Collaborate with HR Operations, Learning & Development, and business teams to facilitate seamless onboarding and integration of campus hires.
- Provide regular updates to leadership regarding recruitment progress and hiring outcomes.
Employer Branding
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives targeted toward universities and colleges.
- Promote the organization's value proposition through digital campaigns, campus events, and student engagement programs.
- Leverage social media and other recruitment channels to enhance visibility among prospective candidates.
Experience
- 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Campus Recruitment.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end campus hiring programs across multiple institutions.
- Exposure to high-volume recruitment environments is preferred.
- Prior experience in the Education, EdTech, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, or Service sectors will be advantageous.

- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Travel Requirement
The role requires travel to colleges and universities across designated regions to support campus recruitment initiatives and employer branding activities.
